We offer a selection of 3 function menus designed to suit both social and corporate functions. Prices listed are for food only.

Function menu A $40.00 per head for 3 courses

Entrees

  • Braised lamb shank soup with green split peas, garlic toast
  • Caramalised onion and vintage cheese tart, roasted tomato dressing
  • Salad of smoked salmon, beans, crisp pancetta, parmesan, mint and soft fried egg
  • Crab and basil arancini with eggplant pickle

Main course

  • Salt crusted grainfed porterhouse, horseradish potatoes and sauce bourguignon
  • Steamed blue eye fillet on braised peppers, green olives and Agra dolce salsa
  • Crackled pork belly, spiced spinach leaves and stones green ginger wine sauce

  • Salad of roast duck leg and soba noodles with miso dressing and sticky soy
  • Ravioli of artichoke and ricotta with smoked paprika and tomato sauce

Main course

  • Crackled pork belly on spiced spinach with stones green ginger wine sauce
  • Char grilled angus scotch fillet with crab calcannon potatoes, merlot jus
  • Steamed blue eye fillet, braised peppers, green olives and Agra dolce salsa
  • Garlic and mint roasted lamb rump, creamed potatoes, mushroom ragout and horseradish

Dessert
